UP Yuva Hub Yojana 2021 – Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan | Uttar Pradesh Yuva Hub Scheme

Uttar Pradesh govt. has presented its annual UP Budget which was focused on reducing unemployment rate in the state. For this, the state govt. has launched 3 new youth centric schemes namely Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan (YUVA Hub), Kaushal Satrang Scheme and Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS). These schemes would result in employment for youths as govt. will now provide training as well as placement to unemployed youths.

All the job less candidates who are seeking employment can now avail benefits of UP YUVA Hub Yojana and CMAPS. In the Yuva Hub Scheme, govt. will set up Yuva Hubs in each districts of the state to make youths self dependent. The jobless youths would be able to get suitable jobs as per their qualification. UP Kuashal Satrang Yojana 2021 is a skill development scheme to provide special training to 2.37 Lakh people.

In CMAPS scheme, the state govt. will provide training and internship to develop industry related skills for youths. The main purpose is to reduce the number of unemployed candidates in the state. The announcement regarding UP Yuva Hub Yojana was made in UP Budget 2020-2021 presented in the state assembly on 18 February 2020.

Uttar Pradesh YUVA Hub Yojana 2021 – Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan

Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan or Yuva Hub Scheme, Kaushal Satrang Yojana and CM Apprentice Promotion Scheme will promote and benefit youths and make them self dependent. UP Yuva Hub Yojana will provide employment to lakhs of trained youths in the state. One Yuva Hub would be setup in each district of the state. An amount of Rs. 50 crore is proposed to setup YUVA Hub in every district and target has been fixed to train 2 lakh youths in various training programmes of UP Skill Development Mission.

UP state govt. has set a provision of Rs. 100 crore for CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS). This UP Govt. Internship Scheme will impart on-job training to youths of state. All the unemployed candidates will get this training in MSME units and govt. will link them with employment of definite period. In this scheme, jobless people will not only get training but will also get Rs. 2500 per month as stipend.

Out of the total amount of stipend, central govt. will bear Rs. 1500, state govt. will bear Rs. 1,000 and the remaining amount is to be borne by the concerned industry.

UP Yuva Hub Scheme – Youth Entrepreneurship Development Campaign

The Government of Uttar Pradesh presented the UP Budget 2020-2021 in the Vidhan Sabha on 18 February 2020. In this budget, some new schemes like Yuva Hub Yojana, Divorced Women Pension have been announced. The main objective of this government scheme is to provide employment opportunities to the youth. Another scheme has also been included in the budget for youth, Mukhyamantri Apprentice Protsahan Yojana, under which every youth who undergoes training will get Rs 2,500 per month. One of the objectives of Yuva Hub will be to enable youth to get jobs after training.

There is no source of any kind of income for a woman after becoming a widow, for which a separate CM Divorced Women Pension Scheme has also been announced for such women in this budget. In which they will be given an assistance amount of Rs 500 every month. With this the destitute women pension scheme which is already running in the state will continue.

In the budget passed in the Uttar Pradesh assembly, CM Yogi Adityanath ji also told about the Chief Minister Kisan Accident Scheme for the farmers, which will be launched in the state. In the Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha budget, CM Yogi Adityanath launched the Kari Yuva Hub scheme, which aims to provide employment, besides the CM Youth Trainee Incentive Scheme, in which free training will be given so that the youth can get jobs on their own.
